ShweBiz Online ("We") provides our products on "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do NOT guarantee that our products will be error free or virus free. ShweBiz Online, any of its employees, management or affiliates may not be held responsible or thus liable for any possible damages resulting in use or misuse of any information, content or products provided by ShweBiz Online.
ShweBiz Online may make changes to any products or to the prices for any reasons at anytime without prior notice.
LICENSEBuying of our product(s) means that you are licensed to use the product you purchase on ONE DOMAIN NAME AND SERVER. Additional domain names should be purchased at the prices stated on http://www.shwebizonline.com ("Our website"). The code, documentation, appearance, structure, underlying algorithm and organization of our products are still be owned by ShweBiz Online.
REFUNDSNo refunds will be provided, guaranteed or given. Once we generate an order number or registered copy of our product(s), there is no way for us to recall the product copy that has already been downloaded by a customer. Once we issue the product to a customer, there is no guarantee for us that he/she has not or is not continuing the use of the product.
ShweBiz Online guarantees that our products include their described features. ShweBiz Online does NOT accept any returns nor make any refunds for the product. Refunds will not be given for missing features or missing capabilities for our products. The features and capabilities of our products are clearly stated on the respective product detail pages. You are fully responsible to determine if the product is suitable for you.
MODIFICATIONSWe do modification of our products for individual customer with additional charges. But ShweBiz Online does NOT support nor troubleshoot the alterations made by the customer.
UPDATESThe customer's own modifications are not taken into consideration in our updates. ShweBiz Online is not responsible for the overwriting of the customer's modifications. All customers are entitled for free minor updates, patch and new module for respective products. Major updates may include small upgrade fees.
REDISTRIBUTION/ RESALEShweBiz Online strictly prohibits the redistribution or resale of our products or/and the modifications on our products. We will take legal action against any users who are found to be pirating ShweBiz Online products. You may contact us if you want to be a reseller of our product(s).
SHIPMENTWe do NOT ship our products in a box. All our products are delivered via download.
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ShweBiz Online with regard to your use of the product(s), and any and all other written or oral agreements previously existing between you and ShweBiz Online with respect to such use are hereby suspended and cancelled. ShweBiz Online will not accept any counter-offers to these License Agreement and all such offers are hereby categorically rejected. ShweBiz Online's failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of this License Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver by ShweBiz Online of any provision or any right it has to enforce this License Agreement, nor shall any course of conduct between ShweBiz Online and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of this License Agreement. This License Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
